The Economic Mobility Intern will support the East Tennessee Collaborative (ETC) team in implementing grant-funded programming and coordinating activities associated with the conclusion of the current grant cycle. The intern will assist with planning and logistics for ETC’s capstone celebration, coordinate workshop presenters and materials, manage participant incentives, and support participant focus groups and other program evaluation activities. Through this experience, the intern will gain valuable exposure to nonprofit program operations, community partnerships, event coordination, and implementing and evaluating a regional economic mobility initiative. The Economic Mobility Intern will adhere to the mission, values, and philosophy of United Way of Greater Knoxville.

The Medical Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, oversight, and compliance of medical services for individuals supported by Sunshine Services. This role ensures timely access to healthcare, effective communication with medical providers, accurate documentation, medication coordination, and compliance with DDA, MCO, and agency requirements.

The Community Services Assistant is responsible for providing person-centered supports to individuals participating in Sunshine Services’ community-based programs. Based on program and individual needs, this position may provide support through Community Participation, Recreation, Wraparound Services, individualized 1:1 supports, community activities, volunteer opportunities, and other services offered by Sunshine Services. Assignments and schedules may vary based on the needs of individuals supported and the organization.
