SHADES of Development, a leading after school program provider in East Tennessee, is looking for dependable, energetic, and caring individuals who want experience working with children in a group setting. Candidates would be responsible for leading STEM, creative arts, and healthy lifestyles activities with K-5th grade students.

School Year Hours:

K-5th Grade: 2:00-6:00PM Monday – Friday

Substitutes: for candidates that are available for full shifts hours at least 2 days a week

Summer Hours:

K-5th Grade: 7:00AM-12:30PM or 12:30-6:00PM Monday – Friday

Support Staff: 7:00-10:00AM or 3:00-6:00PM Monday – Friday

Substitutes: for candidates that are available for full shifts hours at least 2 days a week

Great hours, no nights or weekends, and lots of FUN!

$15.00-$20.25 per hour based on experience and education.

Job Responsibilities:

Leading activities with children
Lesson planning
Behavior guidance and supervision
Snack prep, supervision and clean up
Program set up and clean up

Requirements

Experience working with children (preferred, not required)
